Intent to remove HTMLMediaElement.mozGetMetaData

HTMLMediaElement.mozGetMetaData is not standardized and has long been marked as deprecated in MDN. I believe it was added with the hope of standardizing the behaviour, but this did not happen and there has been no movement around it in a long time. We've had https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1336402 to track its removal, but haven't gotten around to removing the code. I suggest we finally do. Please let me know if there are any concerns.

A correction to my last message -- the API has been marked as non-standard
in MDN, rather than deprecated. However, this does not change my desire to
remove it.
