Our MindTouch support contract expires July 15th. Working backwards from
that date, here's a rough plan for finishing and testing Kuma:
Sprint - Focus
2012-04-24 - Build for Test Day on 4/27 (Wiki Translation)
2012-05-08 - Finish MVP Translation, Build for Test Day on 5/11 (KumaScript)
2012-05-22 - Finish MVP KumaScript, Build for Test Day on 5/25 (All of Kuma)
2012-06-05 - Finish MVP All of Kuma, Switch staging to All-Kuma
2012-06-19 - Read-only MDN, migrate content, change prod to Kuma
2012-07-03 - fixing Kuma bugs in prod
July 15th - shrug
2012-07-17 - fixing Kuma bugs in prod, decompressing, drinking beer,
eating cookies
At this schedule, we'll change to Kuma in production in 2 months - a
month before our support contract expires.
It's going to be important to keep Minimum Viable Product at the
forefront of our minds to make this schedule. Build what we *need*, not
what we *want* :)
So, possible?
