We've disabled the extensions responsible for these, since they were
badly broken and not working anyway. Pages that used these features
will be missing them for the time being, and will instead show the t-o
and breadcrumbs tags at the top of the page. Since we've got only a
couple months left before we switch to Deki Wiki anyway, it doesn't
make sense to spend any more time trying to fix the problems we've
been having with these.
