More preferences string changes

I landed a new set of preference window changes on trunk this morning; while most strings remain the same, a significant number did indeed change. I made sure to update entity names as necessary, so you should already be aware of this due to l10n tinderboxen going red.

Just a question: did you removed old unused strings? These makes
impossible to translate or use accesskeys in some tabs of preference
windows (a lot more accesskeys than alphabet + numbers availability).

If your answer will be negative, went it is going to happen? Three or
two days before Firefox 2.0 shipping? Or maybe after, in Firefox 2.0.0.1?

I definitely intended to remove all unused accesskeys and strings; if I didn't remove one and it's no longer used, that's a bug, and you can either reply here or file a bug so I can be sure to follow up on it. Once things are in a 99%-final state (i.e., when we're ready to do a branch landing), I'll probably do a final review of the strings as a double-check and remove unused ones (of which there should be none, hopefully).
