Details on the outreach emails I sent today

Hi,
I've sent out a ton of emails about the current release cycle. Here's a
bit of context:
I've only sent outreach about Firefox. Fennec isn't really set up for
this, and the other apps had a tad too many false positives with pending
sign-offs. Also, I didn't get to fix an issue with my local setup that
can distinguish between "I should mail 'de' about Firefox" from "I
should mail 'fr' about Thunderbird". More investigation needed there.
Some folks might have received weird TO or CC lines. emailjs has some
issues with unicode in names, eleith has been really helpful, but we're
not quite there yet, https://github.com/eleith/emailjs/issues/33.
If you're hit by my emails, feel free to check out other products, too.
