Hi all.

I regret to have to do this; but I would like to block further releases of the Serbian l10n for Firefox 4 until further notice.

Due to a combination of factors the quality of Serbian FF4 beta 9 is very low and I'd like to ensure that an official release doesn't go out looking like that. Could you please help me out with this? Or is there a way I could un-sign-off a build?

Thanks,
f

Would you review a change if I come up with it soon?

Milos.

Hi filmil,

looking at your last landing,
http://hg.mozilla.org/l10n-central/sr/rev/26f76567fdb7, I can see where
you're coming from.

I've glanced at the user numbers for the Serbian beta, and while 4.0 is
less popular than average (40% vs 75%) there are some 200 users that
bear with the current version. I'd like to get those people all
improvements that you can offer.

I do agree that we shouldn't pile on more for now.

Here's what I propose:

We pull sr 4.0 beta from the website until further notice, aka, you file
a bug to add it back.
We keep the builds on mirrors etc with bouncer links and all, and you
guys crank on the bad strings. Just what you have landed so far would be
already a good improvement to offer to the existing users when b11 comes
around.

As hinted at in my forward of legneato's post, we'll make a call on when
b11 goes to build on tuesday. I expect the go-to-build to be rather soon
then, just to give you a timeframe.

What do you think?

Axel

PS: Once things settle a bit, I'd love to learn some details. I see that
you filed http://code.google.com/p/narro/issues/detail?id=162 already :-)
