Updated localization documentation for Thunderbird - please give feedback

In the past few days, I have actively worked on adding content to
and updating the existing content of the Thunderbird l10n page on
the wiki <https://wiki.mozilla.org/Thunderbird:Localization>.
I added/updated
1) a pointer to and an explanation of the l10n dashboard
(as already mentioned yesterday)
2) a pointer to the Thunderbird l10n blog
3) a pointer to an up-to-date release schedule, which includes the
string freeze schedule
4) a description of the responsibilities of developers during a
string freeze
5) a first draft of a locale tier structure (based on the Firefox
l10n tier structure)
6) the link to the TB source code in comm-central
I would really appreciate some feedback on this page from the l10n
community. What information do you need, that this page or the links
provided on that page does not currently offer?
Right now, I know of two areas, which still need work or content:
a) the link to the devmo documentation at the top on how to localize
Thunderbird links to outdated content (the old cvs world)
b) The page still lacks content for the localization of web content,
that will be created for the final Thunderbird 3 release
If you have any suggestions, please post them here or directly work
on the wiki. That's what it is for :)

The total lack of feedback seems to suggest, that the document I
wrote is perfect, which I find really hard to believe. Is there really
nothing that you guys think could be improved/added/removed in the
document?

I'm waiting for the information on the we localization :)
Who is this page for? The old ones, the new ones or both ?
I think a localizer is the best person to write that page with a step like
procedure. The first things that any new translator wants to see is "How do
I actually translate?" and "How can I see what I translated". The getting
official part is the boring part that's supposed to be on page 2 in my
opinion.

Sorry for not looking at it before. However, I honestly don't see
anything wrong or missing in that document (as Robert de Niro said,
"You, you are good!"). :-) If any, I concur with Alexandru that web
parts are not mentioned yet (and, I must add, I'm eager to have an
idea of the amount of work on it). :-)
