Transvision 4.1 is out

Hi guys!
Here is a new version of Transvision.

This release has lots of back-end refactoring and changes and many small
bugs fixed for end-users.
We did a lot of work over the last month to improve performances for the
app at all levels (public pages, API response time, extraction scripts)
and the most visible result is that it allows us to update the data from
repositories every 2 hours instead of every 6 hours.
This is also a release with patches from more people than usual (8)
since this release is partly the result of the French l10n hackathon we
did a week ago in the Paris office. ~25 people involved in l10n met
during two days and translated a lot of projects and a handful with
technical skills gathered at a table to work on Transvision bugs. Many
thanks to them!
