[ANNOUNCE] Next Firefox 3.1 milestone is Alpha 2, no l10n release

Hi all,

this was discussed in last Tuesday's Fx meeting, the next milestone for
Firefox 3.1 is going to be Alpha 2 and not Beta 1. As it's an Alpha,
doing a localized release is not a requirement, and it kinda fits the
status quo of what we currently have.

I don't have a code freeze date for B1 yet, but 3 weeks more sounds like
one of the candidates.

There's no announcement in .planning yet, but that should still come.
