browser.search.siteSearchURL moved from http to https. Can we land the
same change without requesting explicit approval?

Yes, or just ignore it. The string isn't used at all, and I hope to get
my head around to just remove it. *After* that, I'll hand out a
whitecard to catch up on that change, too ;-)
