Thunderbird 2 Preferences - window size causes cutoff in some locales on Mac

During l10n spot checks for Thunderbird 2, I noticed several locales
that have buttons cut off in the Preferences Pane on Mac (Composition,
both General and Addressing tabs). I have seen the issue on de, da,
no/NO so far. I have filed bugs on two locales, but it would be great if
the localization teams can check that part of the preference pane to see
if their locale suffers from the same issue.
