You're looking for end user support, I suggest asking either on the
forums on mozillazine.org or in the mozilla.support.firefox newsgroup.

i asked this quesion to ppl at #firefox on freenode already but over
there ppl seemed not take care about my question and so i have no choice
to ask here. moreover i think that this would be kind of problem that
can be sold by the developers. hope that ppl in the list will help me.
