OSX 10.10 system dialog locales fallback problem on multi-territory locales

Hi,
On Mac OS X 10.10, we noticed a wrongly fallback on system dialog on zh-TW Firefox, and we'd like to know if any other multi-territory locales (es-*, pt-*... etc) also been effected.
We ship zh-TW firefox with zh.lproj. After upgrade to 10.10, all system dialogs (print/save/open...etc) will fallback to wrongly zh-CN dialogs. It can be fix simply rename the locale folder to "zh-TW.lproj".
We're trying to submit the patch[1] and we wonder if any other locales also been affected, then we can get it fix in once.
