SeaMonkey 1.1.3 upcoming

In sync with the next round of Firefox 2 security updates, we're
planning to release SeaMonkey 1.1.3 very soon now. The schedule for the
the release we're trying to sync up with is at

Our candidate builds for the new release are here:

As always, there are no locale changes, so language packs from the
SeaMonkey 1.1.x series should all still work for this release, but
localized binaries need to be repackaged.
I've been informed that the whole schedule might slip due to maybe
taking another important security fix, but as long as that is not
decided, the current schedule stands.
If the schedule stands and QA doesn't come up with serious problems,
those binaries are identical to the ones we'll release. If we need to
respin, I'll inform you in a followup post here.
If we don't need to do that, you can create your localized binaries from
the builds linked here - as always, please don't release those to the
wide public before we have published the original en-US versions.

Not sure about QA yet, but the there's surely no additional security fix
being taken, as Firefox 2.0.0.5 has been already released pre-schedule.
So, unless QA brings up something bad (which I don't expect), you should
be good to produce localized binaries from the candidate builds.

I actually did respin mac for a fix for
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=388583 Windows and Linux
look fine and should get released unchanged.
