[ANNOUNCE] Firefox 4 Beta turning RC next

Hi all,

Firefox 4 Beta update 12 went to build last night. You can test the
candidates from
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/4.0b12-candidates/.

This is the last Beta. Yay.

You can check the release status on http://canweshipyet.com/. At this
point, we're down to 3 blocker bugs without patches.

That is, we're now going to RC, and as always, Release Candidate means
that we intend to release the first of those.

Please make sure to incorporate the feedback you get and make sure we
have your localization in release quality, signed off and all.
