[ANNOUNCE] Last string for Firefox 4 landed, yeehaw

Hi,

this is the message many of you have been waiting for. Say, for a quarter.

The last string for Firefox 4 has landed.

Now get on, finish your missing strings, review your bugs
https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/bugs/, make sure you have your other
feedbacks addressed, and get a sign-off in that says:

"This revision is good to ship in Firefox 4.0"

We still have beta 12 to come, not sure when that's going to build.
We're at 18 hard blockers for Beta right now, whatever that means.
Christian and Mike will be creative to get the best beta coverage on
those bugs as they can. So sign-off on good beta status, too.
