Missing panels

Hi all,
I have noticed that in my armenian build I am missing two panels
inside of the preferences' menu ("Privacy" and "Advanced").

Bet on XML parsing errors in the overlays. Check error console.

I have used "Tools->Error Console" and I it doesn't show anything when
I reach the tabs.
Do I have to add a flag on about:config or something?

Fix these accesskeys and both panels will display as expected ;-)

BTW, you're missing some shortcuts on Mac (for example cmd+Q to quit).

Yeah, that is one of tracked issues:

I will give it a try before I asked for where should I look to fix
it :) If I have too much trouble I will for sure ask.
