Beta4 opt-in - please

if you have not as of yet, please opt-in top Beta 4. This is our best
opportunity to test your builds and gain community feedback. I posted
on this earlier but many locales are missing including Tier 1 and 2
locales.
Please indicate here or in my previous post that you will opt-in.

Although I am not the owner, I sometimes work together with Tim for the
Dutch version.

the list of missing is no more :-) (save for Danish, which we are
working to support for next milestone)
all on the list have opted in to beta 4 and will be released. You can
see the full list of locales for b4 in tracking bug 419771.

Yeah, that's what we are planning to do. It really makes a lot more
sense. We can use one bug to collect the information, then attach the
patch to the shipped-locales file to that bug to make adjustments needed
to produce the candidate builds like we did in

for mk and ku - it may be too late for b4, but i will check with build
team (they closed l10n as of Thursday, Feb 28).

Note that dashboard checks for much more than tinderbox, so it often
turns red for real errors that tinderbox ignores but likely cause
problems when using the build.
