Now localizing the Play Store content for Firefox Android Nightly

Hey there localizers!

I've got some fresh news - we're going to start opening up
localization for the Play Store content for the Firefox for Android
Nightly version!

Some background.

Numbers have shown that localized Store content helps promote a
project's visibility, thus helping to gain more users. Since we have
dropped the Aurora channel, it only makes sense that we start to focus
more on getting users on Nightly now. What's more, most of our main
competitors are already localizing such content (ie localizing their
product's developer version store content) - so it only makes sense we
align on this front as well.

Enough talking, and more to the specifics.

This content should not change often. We have not heard of any updates
needed for the near future - so at this point, please consider this is
a one-off work type of thing. If this changes, we'll of course let you
know beforehand.

As usual, this work will be available under your locale's appstore
GitHub folder [1] and your locale's Pontoon appstore folder [2].
Please note it is highly encouraged to work directly off of Pontoon
instead of GitHub (it's just simpler, so give yourself a break! :) ).

Deadline: next merge day, so June 12th [3].
