One string landed after the string freeze (Privacy Prefpane Refresh)

Hi all,
Unfortunately I forgot one of the strings needed for the upcoming
Privacy Prefpane Refresh and it missed the string freeze. I just
landed it on both trunk and 1.9.1 with Beltzner's approval. I
apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused. The changesets
