Adding mutiple name in define.inc file

Hi,

Anyone know how to adding multiple name in define.inc file? I mean how the
format to adding name - "<em:contributor>Joe Solon</em:contributor>
<em:contributor>Suzy Solon</em:"

The format is the one you wrote (multiple
<em:contributor>XX</em:contributor> on the same line), see for example a
couple of existing languages
