I've updated your permissions, you should log out and log in again in
Narro to get them.
The most important is that in the file list, you can see export buttons now.
And in the project list, you have the manage link where you can export
the whole project.
I also changed your language to rtl. See that in preferences you can
choose some characters that are not on your keyboard, like RTLM, LTRM
to use them when translating.

I just asked on devl10n if it's possible to transform a xpi structure
in a cvs structure.
Because you should work on the CVS structure and generate xpi's from that.
Let's wait a bit until someone answers that question.
