Before I start out with anything, I would like to take the opportunity here to note that we now have 76 locales up on our Flame reference devices on 2.1, and this number will continue to grow on 2.2 \o/

General overview
* 1st round of l10n testing by QAnalysts lasted all week and finished today. A full run was performed on 2 new locales, and keyboard/dictionary testing was performed on a subset of locales.
* 2nd round is scheduled to start Oct 20th.
* QAnalyst Testing: during this 1st round, QAnalyst testers covered 2 new locales, that had never been tested before:
