New add-on project for Firefox available in Pontoon (3 strings)

Hi everyone,
There's a new small project available in Pontoon: Firefox Out-of-date
Add-on.

It's an add-on that is going to be shipped to users stuck on older
versions of Firefox, directing them to download a fresh copy of Firefox.
That's why is going to be enabled for all locales.

Localization is available through Pontoon or GitHub pull requests[1].
It's not recommended to work through GitHub, since they need to be
merged by developers (not l10n-drivers). I'll work tomorrow on
displaying this project on the webdashboard.
