Hi Vinay,

Thank you for your email and welcome to the Mozilla Community! We're excited that you're interested in joining our localization effort.
Since you have stated that you would like to start a new localization effort, I'll be your mentor and point of contact.

I understand that Sindhi language uses Arabic and Devanagari system of writing. Can you provide some information about the localization effort.

Here's how you can get started

1. Introduce your new L10n team on the new locales newsgroup (http://groups.google.com/group/mozilla.dev.l10n.new-locales) and add your contact information to Sindhi L10N team page (https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Teams:sd).
2. Visit L10n process doc (https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Localization_Process) to become familiar with how we localize.
3. Visit the L10n Quick Start Guide (https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Localization_Quick_Start_Guide) to find tutorials on how to jump in and start localizing.

For general information on the Mozilla localization program, visit our wiki home page(https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n). You're also welcome to read through and post to the localization discussion newsgroup. Hope to see more from you soon!

Cheers

Hi Vinay,

Great to see you here.

If you would like to host your translations on Pootle (
http://mozilla.locamotion.org/projects/firefox/), where a few new teams are
translating then please just let us know on the list. The translation is
online in the Pootle interface or offline using a PO editor, so quit easy
for new translators or if you don't have such good internet connectivity.
We'll help you build a language pack and direct you to the most important
part of Firefox that need translating.

We'd also need to know what script you plan to use for the localisation.

So let us know if you'd like to translate on Pootle. Till then I'll leave
you to read through the documents Arky has pointed out.
