Survey Down... Re: New Verbatim/Pootle Survey

Hi Everyone,

The survey seems to be down again. I am not sure what is happening with
Google's document/form tool, but I am going to try to find out more.

If I can relaunch the survey, I will. Thanks for your understanding and
sorry for the inconvenience.
