Dashboard frozen

I think the dashboard is frozen, at least for gd
(https://l10n.mozilla.org/teams/gd), I pushed some Tb stuff an hour ago
and it's not showing. It's not a cache issue, tried another browser.

The issue has returned. The gaia repository for German got a push 20
hours ago and still shows the strings as missing.

I've also opened a more generic bug to see if it's possible to find a
more automatic solution
