Hi all after long break :)

I've just removed bg,el and mk dictionaries from 1.8 branch due to bug
343142.

It means that for Fx 2 we will have dictionaries for following languages:

* pt
* pl
* ru
* sk
* en-US

Also lt seems to be OK, but there's no lt dictionary in CVS.

That's all for Fx 2. We're not going to approve any new dictionaries
before Fx 2 ship date.

So please, beside of lt team, do NOT commit any dictionary changes to
Mozilla 1.8 branch. If you will do this, we will have to delay your
release until revising licensing issues related to dictionaries once more.

Thank you

You should make it clear whether this is pt-PT, pt-BR or both.

Yes, please. Although the written language is understandable by
speakers of both standards, the correct spelling is sometimes quite
different, even in common words, which means that the dictionary for
pt-PT is unusable by writers of pt-BR and vice-versa.

It's pt-PT.

António, thanks for all the help (he's the one who worked on this. Until
yesterday I didn't know I was supposed to put it in CVS, so I did it
today, and I hadn't the time to tell you yet.

Best regards,

I suppose this has nothing to do with uploading dictionary extensions
to AMO, has it?

Ricardo.

If it's true that we are here to help others,
then what exactly are the OTHERS here for?

No. The dictionary extension on AMO can be any license, and are managed
entirely independently from the release of the app itself.
