MozillaTranslator v5.25

After more than a year and a half (yeah, shame on me), there is a new
version of MozillaTranslator. And it actually doesn't brings a lot of
new features, to be honest, but besides some fixes, there are a couple
of two that worths the pity.
The first one is a number of changes in the Glossary save function to
provide a backup and some recovery methods in case an OutOfMemory
exception happens. Not very impressive, but useful.
The second one is more appealing (at least for me) and is an
auto-assign accesskeys feature. When you face a bunch of new
accesskeys to translate, there is now a way for MT to fill them with
values that not only avoids (p)arenthesis around the accesskey, but it
also tries to avoid duplicate letters in the same dialog. It needs
some cooperation on the MT user side, but it mainly works. The details
are in the PDF manual.

I intend to change MT hosting from Sourceforge.net to Kenai.com. I
actually hope to migrate the code in the coming two or three days. One
of the reasons for this change is that I've never been project admin
in the SF.net home for MT, and thus I can't properly handle the
project features in it. Since MT bug component in bmo is going to/has
been removed due to the bmo reestructuring, I need a bug tracking system.

Hi Ricardo,
that's a bit offtopic. I didn't know Kenai.com before, but there are
some intriguing news if you search 'kenai oracle' in a search engine.
Have you considered or asked for Mozilla Translator to be hosted
within Mozilla infrastructure?

Yes, I know the story. :-) If you look at the date of the first
results, you'll see that the announce Oracle killing Kenai.com is
actually "old news". It seems that Oracle wasn't very clear about the
plans about Kenai.com. The infraestructure behind Kenai.com will be
migrated to Java.net and the projects hosted in Kenai will be moved to
Java.net. Look at this:

If any, I wonder why there are no news about this since March, but I
hope there will be no change of current plans. :-)

Honestly, no, I haven't. :-) But there are plenty of sites providing
for free the few things I need for a project as small as MT and much
more, without disturbing Mozilla staff. As long as the source code is
open to everybody, where is hosted should not be important.

Oops, sorry. I did a couple of wrong things when uploading the new
files to SF.net:
1) I did not set mt525.zip as the default download, which led to
mt525_src.zip to be the default proposed download.
2) The build process for mt525_src.zip included a LOT of profiler
information that made the ZIP 15 MBytes large instead of the 1,5
MBytes that it has now.
Fortunately, people seem to have noticed both things and nobody has
downloaded so far the huge src zip. Everything is fixed now. Sorry for
the mistake.
