Server error when calling the sync registration form in Upper Sorbian Firefox 31 beta 9

Hello,
in Upper Sorbian Firefox 31 beta 9 a server error is displayed when I do
Tools --> Set Up Sync... --> Get Started. Instead of this error the sync
registration form should be displayed.
Some days ago I filed bug 1037972
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1037972
As Upper Sorbian Firefox 31 shall be released next Tuesday, it is
important that this bug is immediately fixed. If that won't be possible
at short notice for Upper Sorbian (hsb), the sync registration form
should be displayed in Gearm instead.
