Those are the trunk builds, as Alexander pointed out.

"Need" is pretty much up for definition here. As you can see from the
roadmap linked in the forum page that Alexander pointed to, is out due,
*really* roughly, Q2 2007.
So I'd say "no rush". If we'll have a requirements doc for TB3.0 listing
your locale (which would be my definition of NEED) is not clear to me.
It may depend on our experience with that and Firefox 2, as well. If we
do, it could possibly include zh-CN, thus I mention that.
