I filed a bug
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1427974

Sadly, there's nothing more that I can do, since the user is not a
member of the list on MailMan.

There was another bug open that was related to spam in the list, but I
cannot find it. Do you know if it was resolved? I think they were
related ...

people directly after writing to the mailing list, it was writing a
message to dev-l10n

The bug didn't get any action, but I also haven't seen those in a while
