Tab Center and plurals

Hi dev-l10ns.

Despite I am not the one from our team working directly on the Tab
Center projected, I looked at the strings and saw the solutions of
plurals using suffixes [zero], [one], [few], ... and I realized we have
no documentation for how they work and map to actual numbers and I
needed to look into the Gaia repository, how we have used them for Czech
in those times.

So is there any nice documentation how these plurals work, like
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Localization/Localization_and_Plurals,
which I could include in our documentation list and point our
contributors to in case they are not sure about these string, or do we
need to create it first?
