How do I fix "get Add-ons" in my locale?

Hi all,
Under bookmarks I see the link "Get Bookmark Add-ons" in English:
http://bitbucket.org/armenzg/firefox-in-armenian/issue/4/get-add-ons-under-bookmarks-shows-in
when I see it translated:
http://bitbucket.org/armenzg/firefox-in-armenian/src/tip/browser/profile/bookmarks.inc#cl-12

Any help will be much appreciated.

That string is only used on profile creation, try a new profile, that
should work.

It is still there after using a new profile.

Are you using an Armenian build or en-US build with a language pack
installed? Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think that a language pack has
effect on bookmarks.

I use the .dmg file that gets generated from the repack process.
