There have been no objections, so be notified that things are going down
now, including l10n.

The tinderboxens are slowly coming back, we have some mac and linux
boxens on the 1.8 branch, windows is coming later.
I'm opening up the l10n repository again, and just that. The rest of the
tree is handled by sheriffs.
