Firefox 4 product localization priorities

Hi,

here's what beltzner said in terms of what we focus on for Firefox 4
beta. It also means that I'll use this as guidance when to not ship a
locale despite having l10n-merge.

Here are the things we think are recommended to be "understandable and
usable in your locale" before opting-in:

- Add-Ons Manager
- Switch to Tab
- View > Customize > "Tabs on Top"
- Firefox button (re-uses many strings from Firefox Menu Bar)
- (website) mozilla.com/firefox/4.0/firstrun
- (website) mozilla.com/firefox/beta/feedback

That implies that I reject sign-offs for just the 1.9.2 status, for example.

You can translate it now, it is on svn in the /beta/feedback/ folder, I
am filing the bugs now but you don't have to wait for it if you wish, a
pretty short page.
