Missing accesskey translation?

I've not been able to found a string translation for this action:
Apply downloaded update (o letter)

Are there other locales in the same situation? If not, which is the
actual string?

I believe you have encountered this bug:

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=448029

Since the accesskeys and strings live separate lives, they have to both
be changed when the string is changed (when an update is available, for
example). In that case the accesskey is not cleared from the previous
string, and there is no accesskey defined for that string.
