CVS translation using mozlcdb

I'm starting to translate already-established localization project. To
make is possible to compare the strings to the English ones, I have to
find how to make the English localization files in the same hierarchy
as the localized files.

I'm using mozlcdb and found no documents regarding which directories
should be copied and to where. I guess some of you use
MozillaTranslator which can do that automatically, but maybe there is a
script which can do it for mozlcdb which looks quite easier and
time-saving.
