[b2g] v1.1 localization update

Quick update about l10n and l10n QA for b2g (v1.1):

we'll be finished testing l10n on firefoxOS by *Tuesday July 16th*. So don't be surprised if you see the number of l10n and l12y bugs rise by then.

In fact, there are a LOT of truncated / overlapping text issues, which
is why we're going to see if UX team can do anything about this. I've
opened a meta bug to track them here

Looking at the Gaia dashboard, there are some locales that are
behind the rest: https://l10n.mozilla.org/shipping/dashboard?tree=gaia
Those are:
* Serbian (both Cyrillic and Latin)
* Turkish
* Croatian
* Hungarian

We're going to test them knowing that there will be unlocalized strings.
But please be aware that it's important to get ahead on these localizations really soon, as much as possible.

Concerning the *status of locale testing*:

** COMPLETED: Polish, Czech, Dutch and Russian

** ONGOING: Spanish and pt-BR

** TODO: Greek, Slovak, Romanian, German, Serbian (Cyrillic and Latin),
Turkish, Croatian, Hungarian

Quick update: l10n testing of v1.1 locales have been finished today.

This last sheet entitled "Bug List" specifies all the bugs we found. If you're interested you can also navigate in the other sheets to see what was tested.

Main issue is truncation of text and text overlapping...these issues have all been listed in this meta bug, as I stated in a previous message: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=892075

I'm currently working on laying out all these truncation and overlapping bugs in a spreadsheet, sorting them by component and by locale. I will then reach out to localizers asap with this list, in order to see if you can help out with triaging them, by seeing which ones you can find a work around for (for example, which ones it's possible to find shorter terms for) and which ones should definitely be nominated for leo and/or need UX developers' help. We know this is an annoying experience for localizers and that it's a messed up presentation on the device, sorry about that... We are currently working on a solution with firefosOS UX team about this. In the meantime, your help will be crucial and greatly appreciated. Hopefully we will find other solutions very shortly to this!
