[Fennec] no string changes for fennec 4

there's a string change that landed on mobile-browser, which is shown on
the dashboard right now, which is not intended for Firefox 4 Mobile
(Fennec).
Sadly, that happened without me knowing, so the dashboard isn't set up
to deal with it.
Please don't jump at these strings just yet, if you added them, no worries.
Outlook: we'll be opening the l10n-mozilla-2.0 repositories shortly, and
then you can land your fixes for the 4s there, and then business is open
on central for Firefox next, both desktop and mobile.

PS: If you added the strings already, don't mind. Worst case is that
they'll end up showing as obsolete on 2.0, as I probably will migrate
l10n-central over one more time.
