Hi all!

Nukeador noticed me that Firefox Beta in Android Market is XUL based and
it's only in English. I don't know if it will be uploaded a new beta build
that corrects this, but this is a huge regression for testing purposes,
please, fix it ASAP.

Axel, please, could you accept the signoffs for es-ES products? (yes, I'm
aware of the current discussion here about signoffs, but meanwhile, please
continue to accept them if the revisions are correct).

Thanks!

I actually had an even stranger problem that I meant to ask about. I
borrowed a friend's Android phone, went to the Mozilla page with the
latest XULs and clicked on the gd XUL. It installed alright but when we
opened it, it was all in English.

Cheers

Michael

I've opened a new thread that hopefully answers your questions, to get a
subject that's more obvious.

As mentioned there, what's currently on beta will not go to release. I'd
rather not spend our time on pretending it would and do all the
paperwork that we'll need to do again for 13.

Could you point me to the web page? There shouldn't be a gd XUL build,
AFAIK, so that sounds like a bug on the web.

Sorry, my bad, In got mixed up between apk and XUL (got the apk from
here
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-central-android-l10n/
)

Still had the language problem though. Though reading your other post,
sounds like we need to wait for 13.

Ah, OK. Those are the fennec_central builds, and looking at
https://l10n-stage-sj.mozilla.org/dashboard/compare?run=198157, that's
expected. You could get those builds into a better shape by merging the
aurora state back to central. Or you use a build from aurora,
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/nightly/latest-mozilla-aurora-android-l10n/,
but that's not going to get the latest mobile code until 13.
