strings for bug 390614

Hey all,

Wanted to notify about new strings for the History sidebar in Firefox, in both trunk and 1.9.1 branch.

the new file in that patch is from the calendar project, so those strings may have been localized
there already for some locales.

as noted in the bug, there's a followup filed for using proper plural forms for the existing and
additional history grouping strings.

To be exact, those of you that have a working Calendar localization can
just copy their calendar/chrome/calendar/dateFormat.properties over to
toolkit/chrome/global/dateFormat.properties
