late-l10n Thunderbird bug 545469 patch landed

This is the last currently known late-l10n bug for Thunderbird 3.1b2
and Thunderbird 3.1. My apologies that we've had more than a few
late-l10n bugs for beta 2.

From a localization standpoint, this bug makes three changes to the
folder properties dialog. To access this dialog, select "Folder
Properties" from the context menu of a folder in the folder pane.

1) The button that used to say "Rebuild Index" has been changed to say
"Repair Folder", explanatory text has been added, and the tooltip text
has been modified slightly.

2) A checkbox has been added which allows the user to decide that
certain folders should not be indexed for full-text searching.

3) The text that used to read "Check this folder for new messages" has
been updated to more accurately describe what that preference actually
controls.

I'm not aware of any special or unusual localization implications from
these changes.
