Lightning/Sunbird status update:State of localizations for 0.9

since the last update about 10 days ago, a lot of progress has been made
and I want to share it with you.
- We're now up to 27 locales with green tinderboxen (too many to name
them all here), compared to 20 locales 10 days ago. Great work guys!
- 2 locales are orange at the moment: ko (Korean) and is (Islandic)
- 5 locales still have red tinderboxen: mk (Macedonian), sl (Slovenian),
tr (Turkish) and zh-TW (Traditional Chinese). All of these locales
still have quite some work to do, if they want to make it for the
upcoming 0.9 release.
I already know from the mk team, that they probably will not make the
release, as their Calendar localizer has apparently left. I would be
interested in hearing from the other locales owners of the locales listed
here, what their status is.
