[FYI] One more regression in Firefox 4 Beta 8 Windows

Hi all,

there's one more regression in the Beta 8 we just shipped. The input
button doesn't work on localized windows builds. After all the back and
forth we had, this was turned into a release note.

under platform specifics.

Yet another good reason to get down to beta 9 quickly.
