gaia master and 1.3: Whitespace re-added to strings

Hi,
in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=961870 a trailing
whitespace has been added to the following strings on gaia master. It
had been removed from the strings before, so it's possible that you
already have the whitespace in your translation. Please check if your
strings on gaia 1.3 need to be updated.
settings.properties and system.properties: Each time the entity
crash-reports-description-3-start
