The summary:
netError.dtd has an entity with inline <xul> tags. Our PO files drop
the second half of that entry.
The solution:
You'll need to manually edit that entry to make sure its correct. A fix
will be in v1.1.1 of the toolkit. I'd hoped it would be a quick fix but
it doesn't seem that it will be considering that when I create a test it
works but on the actual files it doesn't :( More investigation needed.
