MT v5.31 available in a hurry

Hi,
I've uploaded in a rush a new version of MozillaTranslator, v5.31. As
you may remember, I provided a "beta" that has been there for more
than four months now, but I've added some new features, the last one
being needed right now before the Aurora shift to Beta. These are the
changes since Beta:
* Double backslash sequences in properties files are no longer lost
(bug 5279).
* MT can share the Glossary.zip file through online file sharing
services like Dropbox even if users have different profiles or OS
(bug 5280).
* Check for different endings may trigger StringIndexOutBoundException
(bug 5298).
* Unlicensed en-US files no longer forces the corresponding localized
file to keep being unlicensed (bug 5635).
The Glossary.zip sharing feature means that MT doesn't need that file
to live in the current working directory anymore, since there is a
preference in mozillatranslator.properties that can hold the full
pathname. Although this is not enough to enable simultaneous using MT
by two users on the same Glossary.zip, it makes easier to set up a
main localizer / backup localizer pair of roles ensuring that, at any
given moment, both have the latest Glossary.zip. If you don't plan to
use this, just ignore it.
The license feature allows for en-US unlicensed files while their
corresponding ab-CD files being MPL2 licensed (extensions.dtd and
extensions.properties in toolkit are the current two cases I'm aware
of). In Chrome View there are two buttons ("Set to MPL2" and "Clear")
to use this feature.
Unfortunately, I'm really short of time now and I haven't been able to
properly update the User Guide. Feel free to ping me if you don't
fully understand how to use any of the new features.
