Nearing the end of Serbian translation of Mozilla tools

I am nearing the end of the Serbian translation of Mozilla tools.
However, Buildbot says
(http://l10n.mozilla.org/buildbot/linux-incubator/builds/26/step-moz%3Acomparelocales/0)
that 89% of the text is translated.
Where can I see which text is not translated?
Is it required that the help be translated too for the localized build
to be produced?
What further steps must I take to bring about the 'sr' localized build
of the Mozilla tools?

89% isn't too bad, really. To see the untranslated messages, you need to
run compare-locales (from testing/tests/l10n, python, setup.py, good
enough?) with -v, that gives more verbose information. At which point
you'll be flooded with loads of information. Which is really why it's
not any more accessible right now.

Help is not required. Please make sure to use an up-to-date version of
the en-US one, though. Translation of help is a lot of work, but
definitely a plus. Most localizers use community volunteers for help,
though, as that can be somewhat sanely be split by page, for example.
But getting the index right etc is tough work.
