OS/2 README.txt changed, tree still closed

Hi all,

just a heads up, the OS/2 folks changed their README.txt, that's in bug
429436. We may come up with a follow up patch, I just want to make sure
that the Firefox 3 l10n is frozen, and remains frozen. Even if OS/2 has
busted links, changes need to go through patch and approval. Don't try
to do those fixes just yet, as I said, we may get a follow-up patch for
l10n.

Follow-up check-in landed, the URLs are fixed (apart from French mail,
that had line ending issues).
